Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 2/3 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with USPS tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add amagikris@163.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.

Upon receiving your tracking number, allow a full business day for update. If your tracking number is not working, please let us know by contacting us. Your tracking number is automatically sent to the email you purchased under up to 3-7 days after your purchase. Use this to track your package and delivery.

Our parcels are shipped USPS, Fedex & through Amazon courier services.
International Shipping are available and deliver in 7-21 business days after shipment.
Orders shipped in the US usually deliver in 3-7 business days.
